1. General Terms & Acceptance

9winz is an online gaming platform operated under the brand name 9winz, accessible at 9winz.bio. The platform offers sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket), live casino games, slots, and specialty game categories to registered players in Bangladesh and other eligible markets.

These Terms apply to all aspects of your relationship with 9winz, including but not limited to account creation, gameplay, financial transactions, bonus participation, and communications with our support team. These Terms supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to the subject matter herein.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

9winz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. 1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall always be the governing version and shall prevail in any dispute or ambiguity.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access any real-money features of the 9winz platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering — you must create a registered account. Registration is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with 9winz. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 9winz reserves the right to request proof of age at any point, including at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 9winz platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other shared identifier — is strictly prohibited. Players found to hold duplicate accounts will have all accounts closed and all balances across those accounts forfeited. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided in their entirety.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your 9winz account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other fields required during the registration process. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current. Notify 9winz support promptly if any registered details change.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9winz account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 9winz will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 9winz support immediately. 9winz accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to player safety and platform integrity, 9winz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. 9winz reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.3 Deposit Processing

3.5 Transaction Fees

9winz does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. 3.6 Responsibility for Incorrect Transactions

4.1 Wagering Requirements

4.2 Bonus Abuse

9winz reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus (including any associated winnings) where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, exploiting software bugs or errors to obtain unintended promotional benefits, placing low-risk or zero-risk wagers (e.g., wagering on both sides of the same event) to satisfy wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to systematically farm promotional value. Players found engaging in bonus abuse may have their accounts permanently closed.

4.3 Promotional Changes

9winz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion that materially affect players who have already opted in will be communicated via email or in-platform notification prior to taking effect. Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of 9winz and no player has an entitlement to any specific ongoing promotional offer.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By registering an account with 9winz, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud 9winz or other players through false representations, chargebacks, or misuse of the payment system is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using the 9winz platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event is prohibited.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the 9winz platform in place of genuine human gameplay is strictly forbidden.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the 9winz platform's technical infrastructure, databases, or security systems without authorisation is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
• Abusive behaviour: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward 9winz staff or other players through any communication channel will result in immediate account suspension.
• Exploiting errors: Taking deliberate advantage of obvious pricing errors, software bugs, or malfunctions to make wagers or claims that would not otherwise be offered constitutes a violation of these Terms. 9winz reserves the right to void any transactions made under such circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9winz platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 9winz or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms or your use of the 9winz platform grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, republishing, transmitting, modifying, creating derivative works from, or using any 9winz intellectual property for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from 9winz. Game content is licensed from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe; all intellectual property rights in such game content remain with the respective studio.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 9winz regarding the platform may be used by 9winz without restriction, compensation, or attribution to you. By submitting feedback, you grant 9winz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the platform.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

9winz provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably, securely, and without interruption, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9winz and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 9winz platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, service interruption, or platform downtime; loss of data; or any claims arising from third-party payment provider errors or delays.

7.2 Force Majeure

9winz shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond 9winz's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers. In such circumstances, 9winz's obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

7.3 Game Results

All game outcomes on the 9winz platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by real-world physical game events. 9winz makes no representation that any specific game outcome will be achieved. Gambling involves risk and you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager. Past game outcomes are no indication of future results. 9winz accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal gameplay.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

9winz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or collusion
• Underage gambling or suspected circumvention of the age-verification process
• Abusive behaviour directed at 9winz staff or other platform users
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the player
• Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict the player's account

Where a player's account is suspended pending investigation, 9winz will communicate the reason and expected timeline wherever it is lawful and appropriate to do so. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 9winz's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including as a responsible gaming self-exclusion measure — may do so by contacting 9winz support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the point of closure (where the account is in good standing) will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Pending bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 9winz arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct communication via the 9winz support channels. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. 9winz's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, RNG integrity, and bonus application shall be final in the absence of manifest error.
